Alsatian (Alsatian: elsassisch, German: Elsässer, French: Alsacien) means "from Alsace".
It can refer to:
- Alsatian language, the language or dialect of the Alsace region of Northeast France
- A person from the Alsace region from France (German: Elsaß/Elsass), or a speaker of the Alsatian language
- Referring to cuisine, style, art, etc. from the region
- A name for the German Shepherd Dog, used during and after World War I due to anti-German and pro-French sentiment. It is chiefly used in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland and the Commonwealth of Nations.
- "Elsaesser" or "Elsässer" is the name of the following persons:
- Martin Elsaesser, a German architect and professor of architecture
