Boao (simplified Chinese: 博鳌) is a town in the eastern coastal city of Qionghai in Hainan Province, China, near the mouth of Wanquan River to the South China Sea. It is 17 kilometers away from Kerry plot in Qionghai, 105 kilometers away from Haikou, 180 km away from Sanya.[1][2] Boao is famous for international organization - the Boao Forum for Asia, the permanent location of the venue on Boao's largest island, Dongyu Island (simplified Chinese: 东屿岛).[3]
