Ihor Surkis (Ukrainian: Ігор Суркіс) (born November 22, 1958 in Kyiv) is an Ukrainian businessman best known for his leadership of Dynamo Kyiv. His brother, Hryhoriy Surkis, is the head of the Football Federation of Ukraine.[1]

During a cup match against Karpaty Lviv in 2006, opposing fans hurled anti-jewish insults at Surkis. It resulted in a USD $5,000 fine for their club.[1]
