Morley and Outwood will be a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the Parliament of the United Kingdom. It will elect one Member of Parliament (MP) by the first past the post system of election.

This will be the successor seat to Morley and Rothwell. Rothwell will be in a newly formed constituency of Elmet and Rothwell, and the village of Middleton will be transferred to Leeds Central.

Following their review of parliamentary representation in West Yorkshire, the Boundary Commission for England have created this new cross-border constituency as a consequence of the county losing one parliamentary seat following population decline.

It will be made up of three Leeds City Council wards:
