The Catholic Church in Serbia is part of the worldwide Catholic Church, under the spiritual leadership of the Pope and Curia in Rome.
There are an estimated 433,000 baptised Catholics in Serbia, roughly 6.2% of the population, mostly concentrated in Vojvodina.

The Bishopric of Srijem is a suffragen of the Diocese of Djakovo and Osijek in Croatia. Kosovo is a UN-administered disputed territory that recently unilaterally declared independence, since 2000 it is under Apostolic Administration.
In addition, the Apostolic Exarchate of Serbia and Montenegro was established in 2002 for Catholic Eastern Christians of the Byzantine Rite.
