Sirius XM Book Radio, formerly known as Sonic Theater (which was an XM-only channel), is a channel on the Sirius XM Radio network that specializes in playing Audio Books and Radio Dramas. It is available on channel 117 on Sirius and 163 on XM. The program director is Josephine Reed. Effective 2007-08-03, Sonic Theater only broadcasts on weekdays (Monday at midnight ET through Friday at 11:59PM ET). On Sirius Canada, the channel is referred to as simply Book Radio.
