[edit] Treaty text?

Does anyone have a link to the treaty text itself? It doesn't have to be in English. Nidator 12:03, 20 February 2007 (UTC)

I have found a webpage with the treaty text in both Swedish and French [1]. I will add it to the article. Nidator 12:20, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
