Toninho is a Portuguese diminutive nickname for Antônio or António, loosely equivalent to Little Tony in English.

• Antônio Dias dos Santos (1948-1999), defender played at 1978 FIFA World Cup;
• Antônio Benedito da Silva (born 1965), who played also in Japan with Shimizu Pulse;
