Wittenbergplatz is a square in the western part of Berlin, Germany, technically lying within the neighborhood of Schöneberg.

It was laid out between 1889 and 1892 and named after the 1814 victory over Napoleon near the town of Wittenberg.

The square forms the terminus of the Tauentzienstraße, a major shopping street. KaDeWe, the largest department store in Continental Europe, lies on one corner of the square, where it opens onto the street. The northern side of the square is home to street markets four times a week. The center of the square is occupied by the impressive Wittenbergplatz U-Bahn station.
